Laurus Aoyama School is located in the city center of Tokyo, surrounded by Shibuya, Omotesando, Ropongi, Hrio-o and Ebisu. This location is so convenient and accessible to all kinds of business, recreational, art and academic facilities. In this busy center of Tokyo City, we have our school quietly standing alone in this three-storey building. It’s so different from other Laurus schools because we have a spacious basement, which we have turned into an indoor playroom and dance studio. Students can enjoy their play time and activities, have P.E. and Karate lessons as well as Dance After School here, regardless of the weather.

The Laurus standards for our Preschools and Kindergartens are much higher than normal Japanese nursery facilities. Students are in a full-English environment every day. They don’t just study English, they use English as their main communication tool and study other subjects through English. Also, being a STEM school, we are famous for embedding fun science and technology elements into our daily lessons. Students can touch and play with the knowledge they learn inside lessons and live out with them in their current and future lives. It is always amazing that our teachers extract the curiosity out of our students and magnify them to the maximum. We can’t wait to see our little Laurus explorers grow into future innovators.
