We’ll have a special guest mobile zoo coming to Summer Camp again this year!
The animals will be native to Australia, including kangaroos, hedgehogs, tortoises, tarantulas, goshawk parrots, sulfur-crested cockatoo, and more. The animals will come from well-known animal productions and will be accompanied by veterinarians and veterinary nurses to ensure a safe petting zoo. Which school will they be at and when! Stay tuned!
今年もSummer Campにスペシャルゲストで移動動物園が来る予定です! オーストラリアに生息する動物を中心にカンガルー、ハリネズミ、リクガメ、タランチュラ、 ゴシキセイガイインコ、キバタンなど。動物たちは有名な動物プロダクションから来る予定 で、安全に触れ合い動物園を開催できるように、獣医と動物看護師が同伴します。どのスクー ルにいつ来るでしょう?!お楽しみに!

· A reservation is required for class observations and school tours. Please contact our school’s receptionists in advance to arrange these visits.
· If you are unable to pick up your child at 6pm, there will be an extra charge of 2,000 yen per half hour.
· As administering medication to our students is defined as a “medical practice” under Japanese law, teachers and school staff are not able to give medicine to our students. Therefore, in principle, we are supposed not to keep any kinds of medicine at the school.
· If you are an overseas resident, please ensure your children are covered by overseas travel insurance. If your child / children do not have overseas travel insurance and your child / children are sick or injured during our STEAM Seasonal Camp, you will be responsible for your child / children’s medical expenses.

・18時のお迎えが間に合わない場合、30分あたり2,000円の延長料金が発生しますので、ご注意ください。
・学校や施設の見学は事前予約が必要になります。ご希望される方は、事前に各スクールにお問い合わせください。
・児童への投薬は法律の定める「医療行為」になる為、講師やスタッフはお子様への 投薬を行うことが出来ません。 従って、原則としてスクールでは薬をお預かりしないことになっております。
・海外から参加される方は、海外旅行保険にご加入ください。（任意）もし海外旅行保険にご加入せず、当校のSTEAM Seasonal Campに参加中に病気やケガなどをされた場合の医療費は自己負担になります。
ローラスでの感染症対策について、下記の通り行っております。また、保護者の皆様にもご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
・毎日全スタッフ、全児童の検温をおこないます。
・スタッフは全員マスクを着用します。
・児童のマスク着用を奨励します。
・遊んだ後や食事前には丁寧に手を洗います。
・全スタッフは食事を提供するとき使い捨て手袋を着用します。
・テーブル、椅子、玩具をこまめに消毒します。
・ドアノブや手すり、壁、スイッチをこまめに消毒します。
・トイレ、オムツマットをこまめに消毒します。
・窓を開放し常に換気をおこないます。
・空気清浄機を活用します。
・横一列に距離を保って並ぶ等、接触/飛沫感染の予防に努めます。
・スクールバス内をこまめに消毒します。
・スクールバス運行中は、運転席/スタッフ席横の窓を開け換気をおこないます。
保護者の皆様へお願い
＊ご家庭での検温、お子様のマスク着用へのご協力をお願いいたします。
＊お子様に37.5℃以上の発熱症状がある場合、同居ご家族に発熱症状がある場合、また咳など風邪症状がある場合は登園をお控えください。解熱後24時間経って症状に異常がなくなってからの登園をお願いします。
＊スクールでお子様の体調変化が起きた場合、直ぐご連絡しますので迅速なお迎えをお願いいたします。
＊保護者様へのリスクを回避するためにもご連絡は対面ではなく、メールや電話でのやり取りを推奨させていただきます。
＊発熱症状がある等体調が優れない方の来園はお断りいたします。
海外から帰国された方へ
ご帰国時、国が定める待期期間中は、サマーイベントへの参加はお控えください。
コロナウイルス感染症に関連したお願い
＊新型コロナウイルスに感染し、発症から10日以上経ってからの参加をお願いします。
＊ご家族に濃厚接触者の方がいる場合は参加をお控えください。また最終接触日から7日以上経ってからご参加ください。
上記理由による期日後、当日キャンセルへの返金は承っておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。
