Art
Art is one of many ways to express oneself. Children love to express their likes, dislikes, their feelings and many things in between. We will be using the Art Afterschool to give the children the opportunity to use a variety of materials to create their own masterpieces.
Students will have fun creating a variety of art pieces across a diverse curriculum. They will be taking inspiration from the teacher as well as a multitude of famous artists.
The children will learn how to apply different materials into the creation process. For our Parents’ observation in February, the children will be creating a large scale piece using a skill of their choice. They will also be speaking about their inspiration and process behind their creation.
