Working at Laurus

If you love science and share our vision to foster future innovators who make a positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Laurus International - the only international science school in Japan - is a vibrant and growing school offering a distinctive STEM curriculum from Preschool to Secondary.

Choosing Laurus

We are looking for qualified professionals to join us in developing future leaders and innovators, students who will bring their learnings into life to create meaningful, lasting impact in the world.

Our teachers, who come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, are united by a common respect for education and desire to help young learners thrive. Successful applicants are enthusiastic educators, active listeners and life-long learners.

These are exciting times to join the Laurus Community. In 2023 we relocated our Primary & Secondary school to a brand new facility in Shiba, in the heart of Tokyo. It features cutting edge facilities, including themed learning environments and a dedicated staff room. This is a growing campus and we will be expanding into upper secondary in 2025.

In addition to the new Shiba Campus, we have eight early learning centres (Preschool to Kindergarten) across Tokyo and Kanagawa.
